SEAMPHONI's Business to Biodiversity Board, known as the B2Board, brings together organisations that manage, regulate or operate in Europe's offshore marine areas. The Board can grow to up to 20 members; 11 organisations are already on board. Members include international treaty bodies, national and regional biodiversity agencies, public authorities, offshore renewable energy companies and international organisations.

The Board's aim is to ensure that SEAMPHONI's monitoring methods and decision-support tools are shaped by the people who will use them, and so that they keep being used once the project ends.
